Kristan Cole is a CEO and recognized industry leader in the world of real estate. With a 40-year career as a Realtor, Broker, Operating Principal, and Regional Director, she brings expertise and an MBA education to her clients, teams, leaders, and businesses. She has successfully expanded to 20+ (and more every day) locations across the country and intends to close to 1 Billion in volume in 2027. Holding various leadership roles, including Vice President of Mega Agent Expansion, she propels agents toward business ownership and sustainable growth strategies. Kristan is widely recognized in the industry, she leads the charge in the top 5 ranking at Keller Williams Expansion, top 20 in the US, and was a 2018 Inman Innovator of the Year finalist. She is mentored by leadership author John C. Maxwell and CEO of Keller Williams, Gary Keller. Her generous spirit shines through her many philanthropic projects & "Kristan's Home of Hope" is a charitable non-profit she founded helping at-risk youth with safe housing. She is an avid supporter of the community, a Mother of five, and a licensed aircraft pilot. Her other leadership opportunities have included serving as President of Alaska’s branch of the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network, Director of Keller Williams Realty’s Commercial Leadership Council, Talent Search Director for Keller Williams Realty’s corporate headquarters, and President of her local hospital board in Alaska. Kristan is married to BOLD coach and Mega agent Denny Grimes and they have 8 children and 5 grandchildren.
