What you focus on expands...

You can have anything you want. You are the one who has to put some work into it first before you get it. Sitting around and wishing for it , meditating on it , visualizing it...it all has to start somewhere and that's all well and good, but those by themselves are probably not going to make " it"  magically appear for you.

You have to do your own pushups !

You want more money in the bank ?...then do the activities that bring financial rewards...

You want to be a better humanitarian and donate to a worthy cause but you don't have time ?...put it in your schedule and commit to doing it just once...

You want to be healthier and stronger ?,,,what do you put in your mouth daily ?...are you exercising ?

You are in control. Focus on what you want. Move with intention towards it. Have purpose in all that you do.

What you want is out there waiting for you. " It " wants you to show up and come grab  " it " !

When you focus on " it " and expand towards " it " , " it " will be yours !...and isn't that going to be fun ?
