Wednesday's BOLD LAW ....

How do we train ourselves so that our cells hear more good thoughts than negative thoughts ?


What one keystone habit does every motivational speaker or business leader from Napoleon Hill ( 100 years ago ) to Earl Nightingale to Bob Proctor to Jim Rohn/Les Brown/Denis Waitley/Brian Tracy/Mike Ferry/Tommy Hopkins/Tony Robbins,Gary Keller etc , etc..( to name a few !!! ) have in common ? What is their secret sauce ?


They all speak about a Definite Major Purpose , or"  One Thing " or one major goal....sure, there are all kinds of different names for it but, it all boils down to a common theme. What drives them ? What keeps them going and how do they do it ? Now, the answer is very simple and basic and you have heard it a thousand times...and so have I...but, did I actually do it EVERY day ?


No , not until recently did I start the habit....And since I have been doing it every day for the last few weeks ( yes, even on the weekends ...because your cells and subconscious don't take the weekends off !!!) , things are changing...probably because my cells are hearing and being reminded of it WAY more often than they used to...It's a good feeling that I am choosing to BOMBARD MY self conscious brain with positive reinforcing thoughts instead of me allowing it to bombard me with a bunch of negative " what - if  ? " thoughts.


Here's the answer...ready ?...it's really hard...actually, it's very simple ...if it's so simple , why doesn't everyone do it ? I don't know and I'm not qualified to answer that...all I know is I'm now consistently doing it for the rest of my life because it makes a difference to me and helps me make a difference for others...ready ? Here it is ....



WRITE IT DOWN !!!!!


Yes, write it down on the very top of a yellow legal pad EVERY MORNING...FIRST THING when you get up...simple and easy thing to do...once.....it's harder to do EVERY DAY and that consistency is what sets the wheels in motion for your success...from there , you can jot down an affirmation or two...or a goal reached , or a positive benefit  , or your schedule , or your 20% to get done today...what follows your WRITTEN Definite Major Purpose is whatever you feel like writing down and it's right for you. And , it all starts with writing your Definite Major Purpose (DMP) down and then, your cells will be eavesdropping on much better thoughts more often and they will start following order to take you there...kind of cool , huh ?


Start WRITE now ( pun intended) and write /right it out this minute for today....you will be glad you did...
