Wednesday's BOLD LAW ...

First we make our habits, ( good and bad ) and then , our habits make us ! The scary part is that one or two daily bad habits can really derail many of the good habits we have. We really are in charge. We can choose to let life happen to us or we can happen to life by bringing in WAY more good habits that eventually will replace the bad habits.


Hey, if you've got some bad habits, STOP doing them today...cold turkey...and replace them with a better habit...you know what they are and you do know what to do. Layering on , or stacking, one good habit , as small as it may be, on top of another good habit, begins to build a schedule of good habits and eventually, they'll be no time for the remaining bad habits.


When you have many good habits , you are changing who you are and by changing who you are, you will begin to look at things differently...now , you are wearing different colored glasses and you can view the world from new perspectives. Become a creature of good habits and over time , you will build a " new " you ! And, that's worth changing for, isn't it ?


Change the way you look at you and the world will change for you..it ALL starts with you...
