Tuesday's BOLD LAW "You can have reasons or results, you can't have both!" Which one would you rather have?
I'll take results at the end of the day every day and so would you.
Results, good or bad, mean that we were out there doing our job.
Passing or failing are better than making excuses as to why we did not get out there to have an opportunity for the results.
Everyone can learn by winning. That's easy! We all learn more by losing. Better to be out there in the trenches losing and learning from those losses versus whining about why we did not get out there to compete.
"Some years are earning years and some years are learning years"
and,
"In losing, and you will....don't lose the lesson....because you already paid for it in advance!'' - both quotes by Tim Wood.
When I was coached by Tim Wood, (he is featured in the back of the MREA book), he was not that interested in hearing me making excuses. He would however, discuss failing and learning all the time on our coaching calls. Those of you who were lucky enough to be coached by him know what I mean!
Get out there today and fail forward and remember, progress not perfection!
You can have reasons or results, you can't have both!
