Tuesday's BOLD LAW ...." Focus on the solution , not the problem "

I'm sure you know someone who is always so wrapped up in the drama of explaining every little nuance of today's problem that they can't see the solution...even if it's right in front of them! Don't be that person !

It's better to expend energy on asking questions to solve a challenge versus exhausting everyone with a story. And, don't you look for a way to end the conversation if all they are doing is complaining ? Or, when you see Dora ,  " the Queen of Doom " coming down the hallway , you do an about face and pretend to take a call ?

You want to say..." Get to the point and ask for help ? " And then, don't debate our answers and take some action to fix the problem ! Wouldn't you engage with them in the future if they did that ?

Ask good others rather than do all the talking

Write down the answers and take action on them

Bring a couple of solutions with  you and ask " What do you think about these solutions ? "

When we talk , we are not learning anything...2 ears , 1 mouth for a reason....

Abraham Lincoln once said , " It's better to be silent and be thought of as wise by your constituents , rather than to open your mouth and prove otherwise ! "

Focus on solutions , not problems !
