Thursday's BOLD LAW ....

After writing yesterday's email about the importance of writing down your definite major purpose every day, I then randomly went on youtube and decided to listen to a Brian Tracy talk while i worked out. As part of a keystone habit of mine, I typically listen to something or someone  who can fill my head with inspirational messages...instead of listening to music or watching ESPN,


In back to back random videos, guess what I happened to hear ? All he spoke about was the importance of writing down your goals every day. Again, I've heard this for 35 years but only in the last month , have I been writing down my Definite Major Purpose...thanks for reminding me , Michael Young !


Since my reticular activator is now engaged on that subject , it's no coincidence that this subject is popping up all around me now. As Brian said , there is a very real tactile connection between your brain and your hand. It is SO important to get a thought out of your head and to write it down...not just to verbalize it or to type it out , but to WRITE IT DOWN in a notebook so you can refer to it and build upon it later.


He also said, and I began this today, to write down a list of 10 goals. Then tomorrow, without looking at the list of 10 goals from yesterday, do it again from memory, and then again the next day. Over the course of 30 days, different goals will appear on that list and the most important ones will be there more frequently and will probably gravitate to the top. This is achieved by letting your brain ( no peeking at the prior days list !) and hand go to work on you.


This way , your cells will be eavesdropping in on much more POSITIVE thoughts ! Try it, your cells will like it and your results will improve !
