Thursday's BOLD LAW "You can have reasons or results, you can't have both!". Differences between a Master & a beginner.
The difference between a master and a beginner. A Master has failed more times than a beginner has even TRIED!!!
A master of anything has experienced many more negative results than positive results. They continued to pursue results through the actions they chose to take daily. A master does not allow a negative result to deter them from their goal. A master becomes a master by continually making corrective actions from all the results, positive and negative , in their pursuit of mastery.
"In losing, and you will, don't lose the lesson!" - Tim Wood
Beginners may let one bad result stop their progress. Beginners make excuses and give up too soon. Beginners may be SO close to a big result and then they quit right before they strike gold! Beginners let negative self talk or the opinions of others who don't matter...matter. Beginners let a few negative results influence their thinking about their goal and then, they make excuses as to why they stopped. Beginners validate failure with excuses.
The best master was, at one time, the worst beginner. Ever learn to drive a stickshift? Did you grind gears and stall ? I did. And now, I may not be a professional race car driver, but I can certainly drive a stickshift with proficiency and not have to think about it, and so can you!
Become a master at what you want to become a master at by focusing on results, not reasons why you cannot.
Reasons or results, you choose!!!
