Thursday's BOLD LAW... " People will grow into the conversations you create around them "...especially when you ask great questions !

I am reading John Maxwell's book " Good leaders ask Great Questions ". Have you discovered that some of your best conversations were initiated by someone asking a great question ? And, here's the important part...whatever the answer given to that question, it was listened to with great interest ! Two ears , one mouth for a reason. Questions , not stories told, help people to grow.

To create conversations to help everyone grow , ask great questions ! Be sincerely interested in what they say and how they think. Listen without judgement , opinion , or reaction. See the world through their eyes and there's a good chance you will learn and grow too ! 

No one learns anything when they are talking. Ask great questions instead of worrying what you are going to say next. Think back on the last conversation you had with someone who really who asked you a question and really listened to you . How did you feel about that person ? How did you feel after that conversation ?

Be THAT person to someone today ! You will both grow.

People do grow into the conversations that you have around them .
