How did you show up yesterday...everywhere ? Were you consistent or did you bounce all over the place , high to low and back again ? That's a tremendous waste of energy ! Keeping your emotions on an even keel is easy to say and hard to do !

Is that not a great thought ? I should remember that throughout the day and that thought will help me to show up everywhere reasonably the same. When we are always coming from contribution , ( another BOLD LAW ) ,it does seem easier to be the same person in all walks of life.

Remember too, that people will forget what you may have done for them or what you did with them or the words you said to them to lift them up, but they will always remember how you made them FEEL......Show up and participate in a good way for everyone , including to yourself , today.
