This week's BOLD LAW ...." Your cells eavesdrop on your thoughts "
Please watch what you say when you talk to yourself. Your sub-conscious brain is paying attention and, like a good soldier , is following the orders that you give it. When , after a mistake you make , you say " Oh, I'm such a dummy !" , you are not building your self esteem.
We all say things or have thoughts like that in the course of the day. When you denounce yourself in front of yourself, you start a process that begins to erode your confidence. Be careful because your cells are listening to your thoughts.
Over time, negative self talk can affect you and your performance with your clients. After all, if you don't believe in you, you are behind from the start !
Next time, when that thought process begins, catch yourself and give yourself a little grace. Smile, laugh , forgive yourself for the error and say something positive about you . That may seem silly at first and it may take awhile to change that behavior , but isn't it worth it ?
Be good to YOU today because your cells are eavesdropping on your thoughts !
