This week's BOLD LAW...

When you watch someone who is really good or smooth at something, do you catch yourself thinking " How do they do that ? ". How can they be so spontaneous ?...The answer...practice...not just practice...Perfect practice...!


We've all heard , " Practice makes perfect " , right ?...Uh Uh...From now on , you say, PERFECT practice makes PERFECT ! When you are constantly practicing what you desire to improve upon and, you are practicing it perfectly , you are going to develop spontaneity around that craft.


Examples:


An actor rehearsing their part over and over...

A professional athlete hitting hundreds of thousands or shooting ( perhaps over a million ) balls on the range or on the court...muscle memory...

A doctor with hours of operations and procedures behind them

An artist or a scientist with years of experimenting


You get the picture...It takes 10,000 hours to get good at anything.....only then can you begin to look smooth and spontaneous and a conditioned reflex becomes automatic


You won't get it in a day or a week or even a month...The question is , are you willing to start the 10,000 hour journey yourself by putting in the first 30 minutes , or the initial hour... today ?
