This week's BOLD LAW... " People will grow into the conversations you create around them "

People do grow into the conversations you have around them. The Golden Rule always applies.

When you are nice to someone, odds are, they'll be nice to you as well. You tell someone repeatedly that you are proud of them or that you believe in them , chances are that at some point, they'll believe you and rise up to the level that you inspired them to be. You lifted them up because you saw something in them that they did not see in themselves. 

" Giver's gain " is the motto of BNI ( Business Network International ). Givers always win. You get back what you give first. I think it was Earl Nightingale that said , " You can't look at an empty fireplace and say " Give me heat !...You have to put paper, kindling , wood and a match to build the fire first before it can give you heat ! "

So, who are you building up today ? Make sure you feed yourself the good stuff first and then , you may take it out there and lift someone else up today by the things you say and the actions you take toward them ! Givers do gain !
