This week's BOLD LAW "Motion = Emotion"
Motion does equal emotion.
Think about when we are in a funk or tired or moving slowly some days, it's hard to crank it up and get going, right?
Our motions are in a lower gear because our emotions are not very fired up. The two feed off each other in a negative way. So, when you may be having one of those mornings, get your emotions stirred up so that some physical motion occurs and that in turn ignites the emotion and the two combined together can lift you up in a very short period of time.
How?
Write down and think about what you have to be grateful for today...there's ALWAYS something!
Say a few affirmations with increasing energy and impactful motion behind them.
Play some energizing music that always puts you in a happy or "fighting" mode...think "Rocky" music!
Move!... Exercise...even if you just do 10 jumping jacks, a few pushups, jump an imaginary rope, dance a little, go for a quick jog for five minutes...
ANYONE can do that for a few minutes on a day!...even if you don't "feel" like it !
Shake your body and smile and laugh at yourself...why not
Get your butt moving! No one is guaranteed tomorrow so be grateful you have today...right now...
Instead of dreading another Monday, adopt this thought...THANK GOD it's Monday! You woke up and got another day today to go out and there and make a difference!
Yes! Emotion does equal emotion and your emotions equal your motion...Get going!
