The first rule in life ? You gotta show up first !! ....Wednesday's BOLD LAW ....." How you participate here is how you participate everywhere

How are you doing showing up everywhere you are going this week ? Are you the same person everywhere?

If you had something negative occur at work , remember to leave it there ! As you choose to be a source of inspiration at home, as you drive home,  have a conversation with an accountability partner or yourself to vent it out.

We must lift ourselves up on that drive home. And, if you have not let it go by the time you pull into the garage, then sit in your car for a minute just to make sure you get it out of your system. You can change your state of mind in moments so that you can be the person you really want to be to your loved ones...and they deserve your best, right ?

Consistency is the key. Your character and what you bring into every room is important !
