TGIM ! Thank God it's Monday ! This week's BOLD LAW ....." If it's not on your schedule , it doesn't exist "

Just a little twist on the TGIF , " Thank God it's Friday ! " theme...Sometimes for us , that does not really apply because we choose to work on weekends because of opportunities we have and, when we do , Monday comes rather quickly ! Adapting a " TGIM ! " attitude affords us to have a great start on the rest of the week !

To have that great week we should :

A)... Have the week planned out in advance with our 20% leading the way...the 20 % of our work that is income generating...lead generation & followup , going on appointments , negotiating and practicing.

B)...Those activities need to be blocked out and in our schedule and everything else ( 80 % ) gets done around the 20 %.

If the 20 % is not on your schedule , it won't happen. The 80 % ( the to -do's , the busy-ness of the business ) , will totally fill your day with NON income producing activities...busy-ness does not fill the pipe line !

Put the 20 % in your schedule the night before and better yet, plan out the 20 % a week in advance and place it in your schedule. If you don't , it won't happen.

Successful people are good planners and they follow their schedule. They are successful not because they are busy, they are successful because they are highly scheduled...and they follow their preplanned schedule.

If it's not in your schedule , it does not exist !
