Move it ! and show some emotion ,will ya ?...Wednesday's BOLD LAW....

Jim Rohn said, " We have to guard the door that leads into our mind ". No one can do it for us. You must be your own private sentinel and protect that entrance into your thought process with everything you've got, like your life depended on it...because it does !!!!!

It's your life and you can design whatever life you want to have and if you continually let negative people , bad situations , the news , and negative thoughts into your brain and into your day , it's over ! You will lead a mediocre life because your negative thoughts are running your life. You are not giving yourself a chance to break free if you let anyone and anything into your head. Be disciplined. Be careful. Be smart.

Negative emotions won't lead you to initiate much motion.

Discipline yourself beginning right now to only let the good stuff and the positive people in. Feed your mind with great affirmations and thoughts. Read and watch and listen to only the things that bolster you up to greater heights. Improve just 1 % every day in that good mindset and you will be a completely different person and leading a different life in just one short year from now. I think that's worth it , don't you ?

Positive emotions lead to positive motion.

Go get some of it today !
