If you want to be inspired, it's best to be inspiring to be around first. If you are wanting to be motivated , than be someone who is motivating to be around. If you want something given to you , the odds are greater for you to receive it if you give something in advance.

Pretty basic, right ?

People will grow into the conversations you have with them. If you have a teenager who seems to be angry all the time, perhaps you spent too much time yelling at them and commanding them instead of praising them or catching them doing something right ? It's never too late. You can change the way the way you speak to someone beginning today and, it may take awhile , but that person can also change. They can change into a different person simply because they are being lifted up instead of always being criticized.

Come from love or contribution or curiosity. If you want them to be interested in you, show them that you are interested in them first by asking a question of them. Be curious. Listen to their answer and learn. Two ears , one mouth. Listen without judgement, opinion , comment or ridicule.

People will grow into the conversations you create around them. It's up to you.
