Friday's BOLD LAW ...." Things are not always how they appear to be "

Things are NOT always how they appear to be !

.Have you ever been in a situation and unfortunately, your mind immediately shifts into a negative gear and you think the worst ?

Some examples...

1)...Your kid's teacher wants a conference ..." Oh oh , what did they do wrong now at school ? "...turns out the teacher wants you to know something amazing that your child did today ...

2)...You have a medical exam and you are full of concern....turns out to be nothing..

3)...Your boss schedules an emergency meeting..." am I being fired ? "...Nope, they have scheduled a conference to announce your big promotion !

4)...You are always comparing yourself in a negative way to someone who supposedly " has it all together " and then you find out that this person was putting on a false front...you thought they were rich, happily married , drove a luxury car and owned a prestigious home...turns out they are dead broke and bankrupt , the car was leased and got repossessed and they got kicked out of their rental home for non payment and now are getting divorced...They were trying to look good to others...

5) ...You see lots of smoke and there is no fire...you expect the worse and when it's over , you say, " it really was not that bad " or " Wow, did I exaggerate that fear and it never even manifested ! "

Even if you are not a " Negative Nellie " by nature , these thoughts can enter into your head daily without warning...don't feed these negative thoughts...don't give them energy..

Look for the good in all situations, learn and grow from mistakes instead of dwelling on them. There is always a silver lining and opportunities come from adversity

Tough times never last and are not as tough as you first thought they might be.

And when life is good, he be grateful and humble and appreciative
