Final week for BOLD LAW for 2021...Thursday edition...What have you designed for you in 2022 ?..." A life by design , not by default "...

Here's a fact...I have been selling real estate for 35 years. For many of us in real estate , 2021 was our best year ever. For me, 2020 was my previous best year ever and 2021's production was almost doubled from 2020 !  Wow ! And I'm sure that others can say the same.

Yes , the crazy real estate market and it's prices influenced that, there's no doubt. And , there is no doubt also , that those of us who recognized the opportunities , worked even harder than we've ever worked before and that effort , coupled with the current market, has led to consecutive record breaking years.

Now what ? What are you going to do about it ? What happens when the market inevitably changes and slows down ? Are you going to be positioned to take even more territory because you designed a strategy to do that ? Or, as Warren Buffet says, are you going to be caught without your swimsuit on when the tide eventually goes back out ?

I got caught last time...naked as low tide appeared twelve years ago because I had not prepared or designed my business for that change. I let the market dictate who I was and what I got...I defaulted...not this time and NEVER again ! 

If you have had a fantastic year, Congratulations ! But now, are you going to build on that momentum and design an even better result ? Or are you going to coast and be content to just be a product of the market ? Trust me, that's disaster waiting to happen !

Design it now !

If you were not fortunate enough to have a great year , I ask you the same question . Have you designed something different to make changes ? Or, are you just going to default and take what life gives you ? As Jim Rohn  said, " It won't be much ".

Now , and I mean right now , today, make the changes to make 2022 your best year ever. If I can do it, so can you ! It's your choice.

Live a life by design or one by default....you choose...
