What have you learned from 2021 that you will add fuel to in 2022? What did you do that you won’t do again? How can you design to live your life ?– because you do get to choose.

Keller Williams offers many things to those willing to discover. One of the greatest attributes of this company, in my opinion, is the mindset and culture that permeates throughout.

And it’s real…

By that , I mean this is not a place where people make claims about the amazing lives they lead and fortunes they’ve built… and then you find out they’re living in debt and a 1-bedroom apartment.

KW has many real-life examples of what you can achieve when you dedicate your energy to executing proven systems. How far can you go when you decide? What can you accomplish with the right mindset, plan, action, and accountability?

In The One Thing , page 89 , Gary Keller writes: Think as big as you possibly can and base what you do, how you do it, and who you do it with on succeeding at that level. It might just take you more than one lifetime to run into the walls of a box this big. What you build today will either empower or restrict you tomorrow.

One of the core philosophies repeated in KW culture is “People overestimate what they can do in one year and underestimate what they can do in five years.” If you’ve been in the business long enough, I bet you can put names to this concept! You know people who have completely turned their lives around in the span of 60 (or fewer) short months.

And if you think 5 years is a long time… remember that January 2017 was five years ago. Doesn’t seem too long now, does it?

Dream big. Dream of your life by design. Make it your plan – not someone else’s. And execute your plan. Every day. Happy New Year !!!… Let’s make it your best ever!
