Spontaneity is a conditioned reflex !
A spontaneous reflex is just a habit learned over a long time, you condition it... nothing more , nothing less.
You may be looking at this big goal and saying , " How the heck can I do that ? It's too big ! " And with that mindset , you don't start the journey. Another day passes and you are not any better than you were yesterday...day after day builds up and a year passes by fast with no growth.
Herb Brooks , the late Olympic hockey coach of the 1980 " USA Miracle on Ice " team said , " Common men have common lives and live in mediocrity. Uncommon men do uncommon things and have uncommon lives".
Starting a new habit to a new you can be hard, especially if you look way down the road. When we chunk it down to just one day at a time , and choose to be uncommon and repeat that habit tomorrow, and repeat it again and again , it's do-able. In 365 days , at just 1 % better every day , you become a different person than you were a year ago.
You can do it...One day at a time...just 1% better every day...What spontaneous reflex do you wish to learn and have ? Whatever it is , start it today...don't wait !
