Wednesday's BOLD LAW...

How are you doing with your " monkey mind " this week ? You know it's an ongoing battle everyday as that darn " monkey mind " keeps bringing negative thoughts to us all. Always replace a bad thought immediately with a better one. Be cognizant of what you say to yourself and others all the time. Are you lifting yourself and others up or are you beating yourself and them down ?


Words do hurt. The wrong words hurt your self esteem and confidence, they stall your forward progress , they keep you down, and they push you down the hole further ! And then, without realizing it, we may be faster to hurt others ! That's the " monkey mind " winning !


If you are in a hole, STOP THE DIGGING ! Positive self talk with some uplifting affirmations , said with belief and intensity, can help you begin to climb out of that hole immediately ! Take away the " monkey mind " power and give it to yourself instead ! You would not let a wild monkey run loose alone in your home all day ! Why let it run around in your brain 24/7 ??? Throw his butt out the front door every time he rears his little ugly head ! You are BIGGER and STRONGER than any wild monkey...be strong with him today
