Kristan earned the right to lead this disruption through tremendous personal success in the real estate industry. While with RE/MAX, she consistently ranked among the Top 100 agents globally, including a Top 5 ranking in the commercial division. This success only increased once she moved to Keller Williams Realty, where her team consistently ranked in the Top 50 in KW and Top 250 among all teams, as ranked by The Wall Street Journal and REAL Trends. This year, for example, her team is on track to close more than $50 million in volume with almost 250 transactions. Kristan practices what she preaches when it comes to expansion, as her team has recently expanded to a second site in its native Alaska and a third site in Arizona.
Along with this growth, Kristan has demonstrated a high level of leadership. From 2011 until taking her new role, Kristan served as the Regional Director for Keller Williams Realty’s Southwest Region, a segment of the company representing more than twenty-five offices and thousands of agents. She also owns one of these offices, which has over 300 agents and three satellite locations. Her other leadership opportunities have included serving as President of Alaska’s branch of the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network, Director of Keller Williams Realty’s Commercial Leadership Council, and Talent Search Director for Keller Williams Realty’s corporate headquarters.
In order to ensure that every transaction that her team does benefits others, she donates a portion of each commission to a charity of her clients’ choosing in their name. Kristi Tanner Mock, Team Leader; Associate Broker and Listing Specialist
Kristi joined the Kristan Cole team in 2010. Born and raised in Mat-Su Valley, Alaska is Kristi’s home and she loves to sell it! With a degree of BS in Criminal Justice and Sociology from Arizona, Kristi started her professional career in criminal law and then found a passion for real estate sales. Kristi is extremely detail oriented and passionate about client service. She loves working with residential buyers and sellers and it shows through weekly glowing client testimonials. Kristi has been awarded the Top 30 Under 30 and Team Top 250 by Real Trends and Wall Street Journal. Charlie Bagg, Anchorage/Eagle River Specialist
Charlie has a bachelor's degree in Marketing with an emphasis on professional selling and negotiating. He has served hundreds of families over the last 20 years as a real estate agent. He has extensive new construction knowledge after having spent 8 years with a large production builder in the lower 48, which provided him with a large amount of training in the new home construction planning, building, and buying processes. Charlie is a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), and has successfully assisted many families through the processes of saving their homes from foreclosure. Aimee Moats, Anchorage/Eagle River Specialist
Alaska grown with a passion for real estate, Aimee embraced the opportunity to join The Kristan Cole Team as a Real Estate Specialist to take advantage of the extensive training they offer and provide the best possible service for her clients. She grew up in the Mat-Su Valley and currently resides in Anchorage with her husband, Bob, and their yellow lab, Paxon. After graduating from San Diego State University with a BA in Communication and a Psychology minor, she worked as a radio news anchor for two Alaskan owned stations and soon discovered the forces driving this economy are found within small businesses and the people behind them. This, and her father’s influence, led her to pursue the family enterprise of commercial real estate. Since obtaining her real estate license in 2012, Aimee is guided by her passionate and heartfelt drive to serve her client’s best interests. From negotiating numerous lease agreements and fostering quality relationships between Landlords and Tenants, to now representing buyers and sellers of residential property, Aimee is quickly becoming an expert in all types of transactions. Michelle Mueller, Buyer Agent
Michelle has a Bachelor Degree in Business Management and a Master Degree in Management and Leadership. Her background is in Leadership and Sales Management with over 10 years of experience and she was voted Woman in Business by the Valley Frontiersman in 2015. She was born and raised in Alaska, living in the Mat-Su Valley for the past 9 years. She is married with a little girl, and nothing is more important than her family and making her loved ones proud.
Jean Crews, Real Estate Specialist
Prior to becoming a residential real estate licensee, Jean worked for the University of Alaska, Facilities and Land Management office where she coordinated and managed the annual competitive land sale as well as the ongoing over-the-counter land sales. On behalf of the University, she coordinated the purchase of commercial and residential properties as well as the sale of University owned properties, both investment and educational. She worked with private donors to accept homes and land donated to the University and returned them to the market where sales would generate income for the University. She specializes in property research.
Jean is a veteran of the United States Navy, the wife of a United States Marine (retired) and the mother of a United States Marine (retired). She has been a resident of Alaska for over 20 years, having lived and worked in Adak, North Pole, Fairbanks, Palmer and Anchorage. She specializes in helping buyers and sellers determine their real estate goals based on their personal, professional and financial needs and then follow through with an unwavering commitment until those goals are realized. Jeff has been in real estate for 12 years. He started in Texas where he took his realtors exam 11 years ago. Tiffany Johnson, Closing Coordinator
Tiffany is the hub of all the closing details for our clients with accepted offers. Once we have an accepted contract on your sale or purchase, Tiffany steps in! She will be your “go to” person, working closely with our Listing Partners and Buyer Specialists. Her job is to make sure all the paperwork is in order, inspections are completed and information is delivered to the property individuals. The closing coordinator is the liaison between all parties and to ensure your transaction foes smoothly and closes successfully. Tiffany has over 15 years of real estate experience with an emphasis in title and escrow and has lived in Alaska 20 years.
